Join us for Touch-A-Truck on September 30th, 2023 from 10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. at East Tennessee State University!
This exciting community event allows children the opportunity to learn firsthand about all types of working trucks and service vehicles by exploring them and interacting with the people who build, protect, and serve our local community. Vehicles will include everything from police cars to construction trucks to farm equipment, and the fun will not stop there! Vendors and League members will also offer games, crafts, and more. There will be a “quiet hour” from 2 to 3 p.m. This hour will allow children and individuals with sound sensitivities or sensory disorders to come out and enjoy the event! There will truly be something for everyone!
We currently have sponsorship opportunities available for this exciting, family friendly event! As a sponsor, your business will be promoted through multiple avenues while being showcased amongst the people who make up our community and keep it running! Moreover, your investment will make a lasting impact on your community through the work the Junior League accomplishes throughout the year! Tickets are $5 per person (adults and children) and may be purchased at the door the day of the event or ahead of time through the Eventbrite link here starting September 8th. If purchased ahead of time, please bring your email receipt for entry. All proceeds from Touch-A-Truck will go back into our local community through various efforts including our annual scholarship recipient, and our signature project, and more.
